Yes. Packaging and ingredient customization is available. If your brand is already running high sales volumes, reach out to us to discuss our turnkey manufacturing and supply chain management options.

Pre-launch and early-stage brands can customize labels with custom branding and logo, all included in our base prices, explore further packaging customization options, or learn more about our custom formulation services for ingredient customization.

Our MOQ for Private Label options in general is 140 units with standard packaging and 500 units with custom packaging.

Specific higher MOQs may be listed on each product page when applicable.

Our typical lead time for Private Label orders is 4 to 6 weeks.

Lead time for custom manufacturing varies according to demand. You will be assigned an account manager to help manage lead times.

For established brands we can offer turnkey supply chain management services, with dedicated production capacity starting at 1,000 units per week.

Your orders will delivered in bulk, via LTL freight carriers or UPS.

Our services are EXW.

Freight dimensions will be provided in coordination with our operations team so you can arrange freight with your freight broker.

We can, optionally, coordinate freight on your behalf and schedule LTL freight or UPS pickups.

By default, Private Label orders are prepared to ship to your warehouse, 3PL or retail platform.

If you don’t have a warehouse, we can ship to your commercial or residential location or you can discuss our Direct to Consumer fulfillment options with your account manager.

All of our products are made in our GMP-certified, FDA-registered manufacturing facility in Stone Mountain, GA, just outside of Atlanta.

We design and manufacture all of our products in-house. With us you will source your products 100% directly from the manufacturer, without middlemen.

Established brands: reach out for a tailored quote aligned to your volume. Getting started: the absolute minimum is around $2,000, though most launches require $5,000 to $10,000 at minimum; a more competitive small private label launch typically falls in the $10,000 to $30,000 range, not including marketing and fulfillment costs.

FormuNova is a cosmetic manufacturing company. Unlike for drugs and medications, the FDA does not offer or require FDA review or approval for cosmetic products.

Our cosmetic manufacturing facility is registered with the FDA and we follow strict quality and compliance protocols.

For each SKU we provide Finished Product Specification Sheet, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided for each batch.

We can also provide GMP Certification (NSF/ANSI 455-3), FDA Registration, Proof of Inventory, Cosmetic Product Ingredient Statement and other documentation as requested by retail platforms.
