What you get
Mentor matching: You’ll be paired with a beauty/personal care brand operator with at least $1M–$5M in cumulative sales experience.
Two 2-hour 1:1 coaching sessions (4 hours total)
- Session 1: roadmap review + gap analysis + a prioritized 4-week action plan.
- Session 2: final review + next steps + “what to do now vs later” clarity.
Asynchronous roadmap review (before each session): You submit your roadmap draft. Your mentor reviews it first, flags weak areas, and comes into the session ready to be specific.
A roadmap you can execute: Not theory. Not “ideas.” A plan you can actually use to make decisions, allocate budget, and run your next steps.

What to Expect
In sum: a lot of hard work and invaluable insights. The maximum potential results from this program will be capped by your own efforts.
The “50% → 100%” rule (this is what makes the program work): This is not a course where we spoon-feed you from zero. It’s a high-leverage review process.
Your first job is to get your first draft to about 50% complete on your own.
Our job is to help you take that draft to 100% by:
- Pointing out what you missed.
- Pressure-testing your assumptions.
- Tightening your numbers and priorities.
- Eliminating “nice ideas” that won’t move units.
The better your first draft, the more value you get out of the 1:1 time.

How the Program Works
Step 0 — Tech Setup
This program runs through Google Drive/Docs. You’ll need a free Google account.
If you don’t have one, you can create one for free.
Make sure you can access Google Drive.
Step 1 — Make a copy of the FREE Roadmap Template

Step 2 — Complete your first draft (aim for 50%)
You don’t need perfection. You need a real first draft we can work with and real thought applied to the plan and the barriers involved in setting it in motion.
Step 3 — Submit your draft for mentor review
Once you’re ready you can submit your first draft of the Roadmap template.
Based on the results and obstacles from your specific draft, we will match you with the most aligned coach, that we believe will be able to help you the most.
You will, at this stage, be introduced to your mentor.
Step 4 — First Coaching Session (2 hours, 1:1)
Your coach will review your draft, clarify your best path forward, and set a prioritized 4-week plan.
You will review the Roadmap and suggested next steps in detail with your coach.
At the end of the meeting you will have a tactical action plan for the next 4 weeks.
Step 5 — 4 weeks of execution on your own
You take the action plan and build momentum. This is where the roadmap becomes real.
Step 6 — Submit your updated roadmap
You submit the updated doc before Session Two so your mentor can review progress and plan the next coaching session.
Step 7 — Session Two (2 hours, 1:1)
You and your coach will meet to finalize your roadmap, tighten next steps, and map the cleanest path to your first meaningful inventory decision.
