What you get
Mentor matching: You’ll be paired with a beauty/personal care brand operator with at least $5M–$50M in cumulative sales experience, optimally selected to help with the critical growth bottlenecks of your current stage.
Two 2-hour 1:1 coaching sessions (4 hours total)
- Session 1: roadmap review + gap analysis + a prioritized 4-week action plan.
- Session 2: final review + next steps + “what to do now vs later” clarity.
Asynchronous roadmap review (before each session): You submit your roadmap draft. Your mentor reviews it first, flags weak areas, and comes into the session ready to be specific.
A roadmap you can execute: Not theory. Not “ideas.” A plan you can actually use to make decisions, allocate budget, and run your next steps.
