Our Custom Formulation project includes:

• Ideation & Scope Alignment – structured brainstorming to define your product concept.

• Formula Development – custom formulation tailored to your vision and requirements.

• Sample Creation & Iteration – formulation, internal  stability testing (qualitative results), and revisions until approved.

• Final Manufacturing Instruction Report – complete technical documentation to support compliant, scalable production, including:

  • Ingredient list

  • Concentration of each ingredient

  • Internal Stability Test results and progress records

  • Quality specs (pH, scent, color)

  • Manufacturing steps

Deposit Details

• $4,900 deposit (50% of total $9,800 project fee).

• Balance due before final Manufacturing Instruction Report is delivered.

• Non-refundable once the project work begins.

• Phase 1: Scope & theoretical formulation: typical lead time for initial scope and theoretical formulation is 2 weeks, varying according to the complexity of the concept.
• Phase 2: Sample creation & testing: typical lead time for the initial sample is 3 to 6 weeks after the product scope is defined and agreed upon, varying depending on complexity and ingredient sourcing. Typical lead time for sample revisions is 2 to 3 weeks.
